Sadework runs the daily work behind @thesadewa, an Indonesian education and campus creator: from idea to editing, review, publication and the numbers afterwards. It is built by and for a small in-house team of editors and producers, and maintained with Claude.

What Sadework does

Production board

Every piece of content moves from order to editing, revision, approval and publication on one board. Editors are assigned automatically and fairly, by format and weekly workload.

Review & revision

Previews are watched inside each card. Revision notes move the card to a dedicated column, and the editor is notified in the app and by email.

Performance analysis

Instagram results are pulled every day and matched to the cards they came from. TikTok, YouTube and an automatic morning summary and Monday report are in testing.

Partnership requests in testing

Seminar and brand requests are captured with the details that matter, priced from an itemised rate card, and routed for approval when a discount or topic needs the owner.

Footage & storage in testing

A folder per piece of content, a record of shared SSDs and who holds them, and a list of raw footage that can be deleted 30 days after publication.

Safe by default

Nothing is sent to clients or published without a person approving it. Prices and deal values are visible only to the owner and the operations lead.

Built with Claude

Research and ideas. Claude turns our own performance data into content ideas, angles and fact-check lists. Captions and requests are treated as data, never as instructions.
Weekly narrative. Numbers are computed first; Claude writes the plain-language summary from those numbers only.
Self-maintaining. A scheduled Claude Code agent reads the server's health reports and the team's bug reports, ships fixes to a staging environment and opens a pull request. Production changes only when a human merges it, and the server rolls back automatically if a release fails.
